Towards the application deadline, our on-line system would likely be overloaded due to large volume of applications.

You must read the following notes before you proceed to complete the on-line G.F. 340 -

To complete the application on-line, you will need the following documents in hand for reference -

  • Your HKID card/passport or document showing your length of residence in Hong Kong and whether you are permanent resident in the HKSAR;
  • Documents related to your studies, such as diplomas/certificates, transcripts of studies and examinations, etc.;
  • Documents related to your working experience, including years and nature of employment, positions held, etc.; and
  • Documents related to your professional qualifications obtained and voluntary service undertaken, if any.

For a first-time user, it should normally take about 45 minutes to complete this application on-line when all the above documents are available. If you cannot complete the whole application within 2 hours after login, please save the parts you have completed. You can upload the saved file into the input form when you login again for continuation of the application.
