"Sports" Special Stamps Issuing Ceremony
Hongkong Post issued today (20 July 2004) the "Sports" Special Stamps. At a ceremony held in the morning at the General Post Office, Mr. Allan CHIANG, Postmaster General, and Mr. SIU Yu Bun, Alan, J.P., Acting Director of Leisure and Cultural Services, marked the issue of the special stamps by affixing stamps to the blow-up mini-pane. As a memento of the occasion, Mr. CHIANG presented to Mr. SIU and Mr. Bon KWAN, designer of these special stamps, framed stamps and first day covers.
