No mail delivery on September 29 and October 1

The Acting Postmaster General, Mrs. Joanna CHOI, announced today (20 Sept) that there would be no mail delivery during the coming public holidays on 29 September 2004 (The day following Chinese Mid-Autumn Festival) and 1 October 2004 (National Day). All post offices would be closed but one mail collection would be arranged from all posting boxes except those which are located on outlying islands and in remote areas.
