Creative Industries Special Stamps Issuing Ceremony
Hongkong Post issued today (21 July 2005) the "Creative Industries" Special Stamps. At a ceremony held in the morning at the General Post Office, Mr. Allan CHIANG, J.P., Postmaster General, and Dr. the Hon. Patrick HO, J.P., Secretary for Home Affairs, marked the issue of the special stamps by stamping a blown-up first day cover. As a memento of the occasion, Mr. CHIANG presented to Dr. HO and Mr. Arde LAM, designer of these special stamps, framed stamps and first day covers.
