"Four Great Inventions of Ancient China" Special Stamps Issuing Ceremony

Hongkong Post issued today (18 August 2005) the "Four Great Inventions of Ancient China" Special Stamps. At a ceremony held in the morning at the General Post Office, Mr. Allan CHIANG, Postmaster General, and Prof. CHU Ching-wu, President of the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, marked the issue of the special stamps by stamping a blow-up first day cover. As a memento of the occasion, Mr. CHIANG presented to Prof. CHU framed stamps and first day cover.
