"Children Stamps - Dress Bear Up" Special Stamps Issuing Ceremony
Hongkong Post issued today (30 March 2006) the "Children Stamps - Dress Bear Up" Special Stamps. At a ceremony held in the morning at the General Post Office, Mr. Allan CHIANG, J.P., Postmaster General and members of the Stamp Advisory Committee marked the issue of the special stamps by releasing the balloons from the backdrop to unveil a blown-up first day cover. To recognize the contribution of the most veteran member of the Stamp Advisory Committee, Mr. CHIANG presented souvenir to Mr. CHEUNG Kam-che. As a memento of the occasion, Mr. CHIANG also presented souvenir to members of the Stamp Advisory Committee.
