Reminder to post Christmas mail by December 21
The latest date to post Christmas mail for local delivery is December 21, Hongkong Post said today (December 2).
Mail posted after this date may not be delivered in time because of seasonal pressure of work. Members of the public are advised to post as early as possible in order to avoid a last-minute rush.

During the Christmas Holidays (December 24-26), there will be one mail delivery on Sunday, December 24. All post offices will be closed during the holidays except the Airport Post Office, General Post Office and Tsim Sha Tsui Post Office, which will open for business under usual Sunday service arrangements from 9am to 2pm on December 24. There will be one mail collection on December 26 from all street post boxes except those on outlying islands and in remote areas.
