Hongkong Post holiday arrangements for January 1
Hongkong Post announced today (December 24) that there will be no mail delivery during the coming public holiday on Tuesday, January 1, 2008 (the first day of January). All post offices will be closed on that day except the General Post Office and the Airport Post Office. The business hours of those two post offices will be from 9am to 5pm and 8am to 5pm respectively. One mail collection will be arranged for all street posting boxes except those on outlying islands and in remote areas.
