Delay in mail delivery services in Mainland China

Hongkong Post announced today that as advised by China Post, both outbound and inbound postal operations are affected by the earthquake in Sichuan. The postal services in Sichuan and nearby provinces/cities will be affected and there will be delay in mail delivery services, including Speedpost. The affected areas include:
