Sale of philatelic products from other postal administrations
Hongkong Post announced today (August 11) that selected philatelic products issued by the postal administrations of Australia, Austria, Macao, Mainland China, New Zealand, Portugal and Singapore would be put on sale at all philatelic offices from Thursday, August 14, 2008. Customers may also purchase the products at Hongkong Post Internet shopping mall - "ShopThruPost" (www.shopthrupost.hk).
Further information about these products can be obtained by calling the Hongkong Post Philatelic Bureau hotline 2785 5711. Details of the philatelic products, the selling prices and sales quota for each customer are listed at Appendix. Photographs showing these philatelic products are attached.
Photograph shows the philatelic products from other postal administrations to be put on sale from August 14, 2008. They include "UEFA EURO 2008" stamp sheetlet (picture 1) issued by Austria Post, "International Polar Year" stamp set of 4 (picture 2) issued by Portugal Post, "Legends and Myths VIII" souvenir sheet (picture 3) issued by Macao Post, and "2008 Beijing Olympics" stamp set of 4 (picture 4) issued by New Zealand Post.
