Majority of the public utilities bills not delivered by Hongkong Post

This refers to news reports today (August 20) which mentioned that an electricity bill was allegedly delivered to the wrong address by the delivery postman. Hongkong Post wishes to clarify that, except for a few districts, the majority of electricity, gas and telecommunications bills are delivered to the recipients by the public utilities or their representatives and not by Hongkong Post.
