Paper-to-Electronic Conversion Service

You can furnish your trade declaration information on the paper forms and hand it to Ge-TS via the following services of Hongkong Post. The information will be converted into corresponding electronic message and then submitted to the government.

1. Call-in Pick-up Service
   
   Simply call our pick-up centre hotline, our Local Courierpost team will be at your doorstep to collect your Ge-TS trade declaration forms for further processing.

2. Counter Collection Service
   
   You may submit your Ge-TS paper trade documents in person to our service counters located at selected 16 post offices.

3. Drop-in-Box Service
   
   Drop-in-Boxes are available at selected 10 post offices. We will pass the trade declarations forms to Ge-TS for further processing.
