Latest News of Hong Kong Association for Customer Service Excellence

Hong Kong Association for Customer Service Excellence (HKACE) has been established for four years, with 12 membership organizations coming from different business sectors. It is committed to promote quality customer service in the market and Hongkong Post is also one of the membership organizations. We have extracted the following useful news from HKACE for your reference :

  1. To promote a customer-focused service culture in Hong Kong, HKACE will organize the 3rd SME Customer Service Excellence Award to pay tribute to those who perform excellent customer service. There are two categories: the Organization Award and Individual Award. Employees from SMEs that are non-manufacturing firms with fixed service locations are cordially invited to participate in the Award. Panel judges include representatives from the Award Organizer, relevant government departments and senior executives of SME associations. They will assess the participants according to a set of professional evaluation criteria. As a token of appreciation, winners of the two awards will get trophy, certificate and cash prize (for Individual Award winners only).
