A Canteen to supply meal, light refreshments, beverages and other food commodities to the officers of Hong Kong General Post Office and employees working in the Hong Kong General Post Office only. The contract covers a period of three years commencing from the date to be specified by the Postmaster General.

Submission of Tenders: Tenders in duplicate, must be clearly marked with the subject of the tender on the outside of the envelopes (but should not bear any indication which may relate the tender to the tenderer) addressed to Postmaster General and returned to the Hongkong Post Employee Care Unit at Room 319, 3/F, Hongkong Post Headquarters, 2 Connaught Place, Central, Hong Kong before 12:00 noon on the closing date of the tender as stated above. Late tenders will not be accepted.
Remarks:
  1. Interested parties are invited to tender.
  2. The Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region does not bind itself to accept the highest tender or any tender, and reserves the right to negotiate with any tenderer about the terms of the offer.
  3. Details of the award of this contract will be published in the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Gazette and made available on the Internet.
